Nothing is invented.
Every idea on the map was read out of a specific section, on a specific page. Every link between a question and an idea can be opened and checked against the source. If Klaro can't ground something in the material you gave it, it doesn't claim it.
Reviewable
A person still has the last word.
Tutors see the same map with the workings shown: which questions were attached to which idea, and how confidently. Anything doubtful is flagged rather than buried, and it can be corrected before a student ever sees it.
